wood and paper – Barrington Hill Invitation

You may have already seen these Art Deco-inspired letterpress invitations in our 100LayerCake photo shoot at Barrington Hill Farm, but you didn't get a chance to see what takes this suite from very nice to over the top. Look in the bottom left-hand corner. Can you see it? plantable luncheon menu

Yep. The plantable papers from Porridge Papers (the paper we used for Taylor and Whitney's plantable invitation) have been pretty popular around here! Our local chapter of the Association of Bridal Consultants asked us to create this menu for their monthly meeting recently out of it recently. plantable letterpress bookmark

We made these bookmarks for the students of Churchwell Elementary School in Lakeland, Florida.  Their theme this year is "Go Green and Grow," so we thought a nice plantable paper (with seeded paper from Porridge) would be perfect.  As we happen to know the music teacher there (Matthew's wife, Meghan), we went with a music-themed bookmark.  The quote is often incorrectly attributed to Shakespeare, but its origins are not known.It was so much fun trying...

look what just arrived!

A thousand of these (plus some killer menus for an event) just came in the mail from Porridge Papers.  We love their plantable paper - we used it on Taylor and Whitney's invitation (their wedding is just a week away!).  You'll see some nice shots of this in our portfolio soon, but we are too excited to keep this one to ourselves!...
