Creating high-impact inviting experiences for your clients starts with understanding your needs. You’ve likely already done quite a bit of discovery and your brief provides a good sense of the direction we need to head. Your investment of time in filling out our contact form is the first step in helping us know what you know of the challenges your client faces.
From the information you give us in the contact form, will have a better understanding of the needs of your client and the environment in which our creations will exist. We’ll likely have more questions; a call or video chat will give us a chance to explore everything we need to give you our best. We find that it’s often during these conversations that the best solutions for your clients emerge.
We will then provide you with a proposal that typically includes materials, processes, and finishes; direction for design/creative; and an estimate of the budget involved. We know that different agencies and internal departments require varying levels of detail when communicating with their clients; we understand that it is our job to help you sell this project to your client. Let us know what you need to present to your client in order to move forward
At this point, you commit to move forward and pay a deposit of 50% of the estimate. If we’re providing production design, we’ll do so at this point. It’s possible that you’ll already have the design completed at this point should you be doing it in-house.
Included in the process our digital proof and, when necessary materials samples. Often, your client will need hard proof in order to move the job forward. Hard proofs can be purchased at this point. When the proof is approved, a portion of the proof fee will be applied towards the final balance.
Once we’ve been given the OK to move forward, your project will enter our production calendar. Most projects take 3 weeks or less, though large-scale projects and projects requiring certain production methods will take longer.
Final payment is required before the product is delivered. At that point your project will be packaged and delivered either directly to you or to the client, depending on your needs. We’ll gladly run a small overage for your archives and awards submissions.
