Our Instagram

by | Feb 10, 2016 | Corporate Stationery, Letterpress, Weddings and Social

So, Instagram finally announced support for multiple accounts!

I’ve been waiting for this day for a while.

You might notice, I’ve divided this website into three distinct parts – Weddings (+social), Corporate, and Letterpress.

For the most part, our clients fall into one of these three areas.

Weddings + Social

Some of you come to us for branding, stationery, and dreaming for their your day. It’s often a wedding, though it can just as easily be a birthday party or bat mitzvah.

You read wedding and party blogs. You’re interested in creative ways to announce a celebration or tell people where they sit. You’re likely to be reading Grace Ormonde or Oh So Beautiful Paper amongst the other fabulous content you consume.

Corporate

But some of you come from a different world. You’re an art director or CMO or a one-(wo)man shop. You come to us for help fleshing out your business stationery. If I’ve done my job, you’re involving A Fine Press before designing even begins. We’re working through what’s possible, what’s practical, and what’s going to stop your clients in their tracks.

Maybe you’re reading HOW or AdWeek. And you get excited about impactful, clever campaigns. Social stationery? Not so much.

Letterpress

And then there’s you – a graphic designer who needs some deep impression in her life. I love working with killer designers on interesting projects. And I’d like to think you enjoy looking at the non-letterpress projects we do. But I sometimes wonder if that doesn’t muddy the message for you. For you, I’m your letterpress printer.

You’re all Different

And so, we’ve separated out the website to deliver content specifically for each of you. I’ve lived under the belief that engaged couples don’t really care to see business cards. Or that a creative director doesn’t need a bunch of wedding invitations crowding his feed.

And it’s been my intention to slowly separate out my instagram account once multiple accounts became available.

And now, for reasons I don’t quite know myself, I’m questioning that choice.

So I’m asking you

Could you leave a comment? Tell me whether you’re here for the weddings+social, corporate, or letterpress content and if you’d prefer an instagram feed that shows only one of those channels or all of them?

I’d love to know!
