I’ve been reading a lot lately.
No, not the Twilight series. I’ve never been a big fan of fiction (though the classics can be great), but I can down a great work of non-fiction like a gallon of Publix sweet tea. As a fine press grows and becomes more like the vision I’ve had for it, I find myself craving even more inspiration. I’ve been reading Gladwell lately, always read Seth‘s latest and finally got around to reading Freakonomics. While that sates the side of me that feigns intellectual, the designer in me has been giddily enjoying books on type and color (Just saw this one at the store yesterday – anyone feeling generous?). To keep the inner me growing, there’s Kathleen Norris and Thomas Merton, among others.
Tell me: what are you reading and what should I read next?
